The first-time member's stored-value discount must be used within 60 days after purchase. The rest of the member's stored-value discount must be used after the first course of treatment. Each session must be re-used within 6 months from the start of the treatment or you can re-stock the long-term membership. For 6 months, the stored-value fee will not be refunded and will be overdue for more than 2 years from the last treatment.
